| 24th January | pre-final delivery, presentation to stakeholders | Pre-final delivery meeting. Every group will present their project in a presentation in front of stakeholders. | 10min + 5min Q&A |
| 31st January | Symposium day | Every group will present their project poster at poster sessions, provide a "teaser" video (2min) to be streamed, a demo video and possibly a link to a running solution to be shared during the symposium. Selected teams will present to a plenary hall. | Poster, teaser, demo, presentation (7min + 3min Q&A) |
| 7th February | Submission | Each group submits a zip file containing: the report, the video(s), the poster and the presentations. | zip file |
